C8B : Slip next 4 stitches onto cable needle and hold at back of work, now knit 4 stitches from left hand needl , then knit 4 stitches from cable needle.
C8F : Slip next 4 stitches onto cable needle and hold at front of work, now knit 4 stitches from left hand needle , then knit 4 stitches from cable needle.
pm – place marker.
m1 – increase one stitch.
k1b – knit 1 stitch through back.
psso – Pass slipped stitch over.
yf – Yarn front.
yb – yarn back.
CO – Cast on
st – Stitch
sts – stitches
k – Knit.
p – purl.
